TRACYOGA

Aloha! With over 30 years as a student of yoga, along with 25 years teaching experience, I have finally decided to put some musings in writing. Of course initially, a small voice inside of me questioned whether I had anything valid to share. Would I be able to help anyone? Inspire? Educate? Uplift? My hope is to share my experience, with the desire to express myself in the most honest and vulnerable way I can, sprinkling yoga philosophy and humor along the way

It’s tough out there right now and I know I’m not alone with lots of challenges. As I talk with friends , students and my peers, it seems as many of us are facing difficulties and disappointments right now. . I know that I am for sure. How can we use our practice to help balance the intensity of every day life? What good is our practice if in fact we are not taking it there? That’s what the practice of yoga is all about!

How can we slow down and be mindful, when the world is moving at such a fast pace? Where do we even begin to navigate it all when sometimes things feel overwhelming.

Even starting to write things down feels a bit overwhelming right now, but I’m committed and therefore will start at the beginning of my journey into yoga….Stay tuned and thank you for taking the moment to tune in …Best Tracy
