David Moench

David’s teaching style and practice are rooted mainly in classical Hatha and Ashtanga, interwoven with elements of Iyengar, Anusara, Yin, and Kundalini.

He was in his late twenties when he migrated from Salt Lake City to Maui to pursue his love for martial arts.

That all changed after being introduced to Ashtanga Vinyasa. The practice was more in alignment for David in every way and came organically to him. Now in his forties, he is still fascinated by this tradition and currently focuses on the wonders of Pranayama and how the art of breathing adds unending richness and depth to our journey of self discovery.

A teacher said, "Yoga is the transformation of our helpless and hurried hearts into pulsars of peace and deep compassion." David aims to learn and teach from this concept as he joyfully and gratefully shares this practice.

Since then she has deepened her practice with a wide variety of styles and has been teaching SUP yoga on Maui for the last 8 years.

Brittany's teachings are rooted in respect of yogic scriptures and designed to support overall wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Her classes integrate meditation, pranayama, asana, and deep relaxation. Brittany's goal is that students find their own inner gurus on and off of their mats through the ancient wisdom of yoga. She considers her yogic journey infinite and enjoys being an open minded student as much as a teacher.

Jenna Neubauer

Jenna discovered yoga while living in Alaska during a very dark and cold winter in 2010. Right away she fell in love with the physical practice, community, and the way she felt after class. “It was like a full body workout AND a trip to the spa.” It wasn't until many years later that she discovered the 8 limb path of yoga and realized it could be so much more than a physical experience. It could be a way of life.

Jenna completed her 200-hour RYT in 2018 and also received her Reiki Master that same year. “I felt a powerful energetic shift and knew that my purpose and path were in the healing arts.” She enjoys a dedicated meditation practice and has completed a 10 day silent Vipassana course to deepen her connection with herself and the world around us.

Her classes are influenced by Anusara, Baptiste, and Forrest yoga styles and they center on self-love, releasing held energy, and finding that sweet stillness that is always available to us when we are present in our lives. She loves to sing and play her song bowls for her students in savasana.

She is also a ceremony guide who enjoys sharing ancient rituals like cacao, ecstatic dance, sound, meditation, tarot, moon wisdom, and breath work.

Join her for an opportunity to drop into a deeper sense of self and the world around us.
