Jadda has been practicing yoga since she was first introduced to it as an undergraduate in college. She continues to deepen her practice and teaching by studying yogic philosophy and asanas (postures).
Jadda aims to orchestrate a balance between the art of conscious breathing and correct alignment during her classes, taking students deeper into their yoga. She encourages her students to listen to their own unique bodies and allow their breath, to be their primary guide, throughout each practice.
When Jadda isn’t teaching yoga, she likes to spend time in the ocean.
