Jen Madigan

Jen is originally from San Diego, California and has had a passion for Holistic health and wellness from a very young age. She grew up with a background in fitness and was a competitive dancer from childhood until high school. In college, She earned a bachelors Degree in Business and also completed her 500 hour Classical Pilates certification through Chakra Pilates in San Diego. From 2010-2014, she Co-owned and managed a Pilates studio in Coronado, Ca where she taught reformer Pilates classes full time.

It wasn’t until 2015, on a trip to Costa Rica that she discovered a new found love for yoga and knew she wanted to deepen her practice by becoming a certified yoga teacher as well. She had a life long dream of one day moving to Maui and soon after decided to journey further West to live life on an island.

She completed her RYT 200 Yoga Training through the Maui Yoga Shala on the North Shore and teaches primarily Vinyasa Flow. Her classes focus on the mind body connection, breath work, strength training and proper alignment with gentle adjustments. Her goal is to always offer a safe space for students of all ages and abilities to explore and grow within their yoga practice.

Jen is also a Certified Integrative Health Coach through the Integrative Institute of Nutrition and offers health consultations, group and one on one coaching programs where she teaches clients the importance of primary and secondary foods, crowding out bad habits and offers guidance in reaching nutrition and fitness goals.
