Amy is an advanced CranioSacral Therapist with over 10 years experience practicing this beautiful bodywork. Using light physical touch and the energy of our bodies, she works with the bones, fascia, and central nervous system, to release physical and/or emotional tensions, which may be present in the body. This allows the body to relax and self-correct, which improves whole-body health and performance. Amy is experienced in working with pre- and postnatal, newborn, pediatric, and adult populations. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is particularly beneficial for prenatal care, to help prepare the mother’s pelvis for delivery of the baby, as well as postnatal care, to help realign the pelvis. CranioSacral therapy can help balance hormones, boost immunity, and enhance energy while providing deep relaxation. It is helpful for deepening the connection and communication between mama and baby throughout the pregnancy.

Newborns, Infants, & Children (under 12)

CST can reduce the impact of physical and emotional trauma from the birth experience, facilitate achievement of developmental landmarks, and maximize the functioning of the central nervous system. Issues in the craniosacral system may show up in diverse ways, such as breast feeding difficulties, colic, sleep disturbances. Additionally, in older children, CranioSacral Therapy can help manage attention issues, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and musculoskeletal alignment.
