Terese Jones

Teres has been teaching yoga since 2014 with a diploma from Yoga Scotland and has recently qualified in Scotland as a Yoga Therapist. She has a 500hr yoga certification,  She focuses on approaching yoga with a sense of playfulness whilst striving towards challenging postures. With a love of yoga philosophy, the more subtle aspects of yoga are integrated with the physical practice of the postures. She believes in the power of yoga as a way of helping to heal and bring a greater sense of fulfillment to life. In her classes, you can expect a mix of static and dynamic postures leaving you feeling stretched out and relaxed.
